“you can now afford things you only wished back then…” ✨ back in college i only had P120 baon (P60 fare / P60 meal). i even had to stop for two years in college and worked in a fast food chain and a retail fashion brand to save up a little. i was only able to buy a decent phone, camera, and clothes i’ve always wanted when i had my first job— and just last year i got my first laptop! 😅 this post “shout out to everyone who are building from scratch— no inheritance, no references, no back ups. Just blood, sweat and skills.” is a reminder that hard work is only a part of the equation, we’re not given with the same opportunity, luck, and privilege— not to mention we don’t have the same level of “starting point”, or amount of resources available that will lead us to the life we always wanted. so next time you had the gall to say “work hard” or “it’s a mindset”, think about the opportunities in your life that put you in that position to say that. #passionpurposeproductivity #womeninspire #atomichabits #selfcare #femalehustlers #girlboss
